Three Days Off-Grid
Friday evening through Sunday afternoon in our own private woodland - completely unplugged, held in nature's rhythms.
Beltane Fire Ceremonies
Ancient ritual to honor the sacred fire within you - a profound experience of transformation and release honouring the Wheel of the Year.
Embodiment Journey
Movement, sound bath, nervous system regulation and embodiment practices to help you drop out of your head and back into your body. Dance, play, rest... be unapologetically YOU.
Sauna Ritual
A beautiful wood-fired Sauna ritual with cold plunge.
Nature Immersion & Rest
Guided time and free time in nature to reconnect with the earth, the elements, and your own wild rhythms. Hammocks, fires & woodland walks in beautiful countryside.
Connection & Sisterhood
Circles & inner work in an intimate circle of women (limited to 12) - deep connection without performance or pretense.
Nourishing, delicious, beautiful food
All meals included from when you arrive to when you leave - seasonal, wholesome, vegetarian food to fuel your body and delight your senses.
Comfortable, off grid accommodation.
Beautiful, simple beds in cabin, yurt, or teepee where you can rest, reflect, and truly unwind. Hot, gas powered showers & compost loos. Each accommodation has a woodburner.

Follow up Circles to support your landing and continuing journey post retreat.

Meet your Guide
Hi! I'm Natalie Oria - I weave spaces where women come home to themselves.
My work is rooted in the deep knowing that your body is sacred, your voice is needed, and your pleasure is powerful. I draw on the ancient wisdom of the wheel of the year and earth-based spirituality, creating spaces where all of the parts of you are welcome and the magic and wisdom of nature's cycles can guide us home.
Through my multi-modal approach - blending ritual, ceremony, somatic practices, nervous system care, and trauma-informed work - I guide women to unravel the layers of conditioning and awaken, so you can return to your inner knowing, your wildness, and your remembering.
I hold space with radical honesty, fierce compassion, and a deep trust in the wisdom of the body, energy, the earth, and the magic of connection.
Imagine returning home with your fire reignited - clear, alive, and unapologetically yourself. Moving through your life with more presence, more pleasure, more permission to take up space.

Accommodation
Accommodations are spread throughout the woods. This is a rewilding retreat, and we will be off-grid amidst nature, listening to the owls before sleep. Magical.
Each accommodation has a selection of beds, a wood burner, and access to a compost loo nearby. There are lovely hot showers on site, one of which opens up to the tree canopy above. We have a shared outdoor (covered) kitchen with lots of tea.
All accommodation is shared unless there is a reason this is not possible, if so please reach out using the contact button below and we will see what we can arrange. All accommodation can sleep a maximum of 3-4, but we have limited each space to 2 to ensure peace and comfort.
