ROOTED BOUNDARIES MEDITATION

Before you begin
At Rewild & Rise, everything is a coming home to yourself. You are a wonderfully complex creatura, and every practice is an invitation to feel what resonates. Nothing is a should.
You are in control. Open your eyes, move, stop, do it differently. Your body knows.
Be curious. Some words will land as yes. Some as maybe. Some as no. Some may stir old echoes asking for your loving attention.
If it feels too much, pause and ground:
- Feet into the floor
- Hands on your belly or thighs
- Eyes to the corners of the room, or out to the horizon
- Say aloud: "I am [name]. I am [age]. I am in [place]. I am here now."
It's okay if you can't visualise, keep your eyes open, fidget, cry, or need to pause. All welcome.
Afterwards, drink water, move gently, free-write, or do something ordinary. However you feel is how you feel.
This practice is here to serve you. You are always the priority.
