You felt it, didn't you?

That moment when the words landed and something in you whispered: Yes. This. Me.

THE SEVEN GODDESS ARCHETYPES

A Guide to Embodying Your Full Feminine Power

You're here because something is stirring. Because you're ready to know yourself more fully - not just the archetype that rose up to meet you in the quiz, but all of them. The full constellation you carry within.

Here's what we know about you already: You're done with surface answers. You're hungry for depth, for truth, for work that actually touches the places that need tending. You want to remember who you are beneath all the conditioning - and you're brave enough to look.

This guide is for you.

It's an invitation to meet all seven goddess archetypes living within you. To understand which energies feel like home and which ones have been waiting in the shadows. To discover what becomes possible when you stop trying to be one fixed thing and start flowing between your full range of power.

This is Rewild & Rise. We create containers where women return to themselves - through Celtic goddess wisdom, embodiment practices, and the kind of soul work that changes you from the inside out.

There is so much waiting for you here.

Let's begin!

THE POWER OF ARCHETYPES

You are not one fixed thing.

You carry all seven of these archetypal energies within you. The Maiden's hope and the Crone's wisdom. The Mother's nurturing and the Huntress's fierce boundaries. The Lover's aliveness, the Queen's sovereignty, the Mystic's knowing.

Some feel like home - maybe overdeveloped, your entire identity. Others feel distant, suppressed, shamed into silence.

Here's what we're doing: Reclaiming all of it.

What if you could move fluidly between them? Leading with the Queen when you need sovereignty, softening into the Mother when you need to nurture, embodying the Huntress when boundaries are required?

This is wholeness. Not balance - flow. Not fixing - remembering.

This guide will introduce you to all seven.

So make yourself a lovely cup of tea, curl up somewhere cozy, and let yourself really read. As you do, feel into what's alive in you. Notice what quickens. What aches. What calls...

THE MAIDEN - BRIGID

You Are At The Threshold.

You can feel it, can't you? That quickening in your bones. The pull toward something you can't quite name yet. The world feels alive with possibility, and you're standing at the edge of becoming - ready to step forward even when the path isn't clear.

You're the one who still believes. Even when others have grown cynical. Even when the world feels heavy, you find the openings, the light breaking through. You move through life with curiosity and creative fire. New beginnings don't scare you - they call to you.

Your optimism is a gift. Your adaptability, your open heart, your capacity to hope - these aren't weaknesses. They're medicine. People feel lighter around your energy. You remind them that wonder is still possible.

But you also know the cost. The way your openness can leave you vulnerable. How your trust gets mistaken for naivety. The moments when you wonder if you need to harden yourself just to survive in a world that moves so fast, demands so much, rewards the armoured and the cynical.

Here's what you're learning: Your sensitivity isn't weakness. Your hope isn't foolishness. This tender, courageous openness? It's your power.

The question becomes: How do you honour both your wonder AND your sovereignty? How do you stay open without losing yourself?

LIGHT QUALITIES

The gifts this archetype brings when embodied:

  • Curious and wonder-filled - you see possibility everywhere
  • Open-hearted and trusting - you lead with hope
  • Creative and inspired - new ideas flow through you naturally
  • Adaptable and fresh - you move easily with change
  • Optimistic - you believe in goodness, in potential, in what could be
  • Enthusiastic - your energy is contagious
  • Brings new beginnings - you're the spark that starts things
  • Playful - you remember that life is meant to be enjoyed

SHADOW QUALITIES

The challenges when this energy is unbalanced:

  • Too trusting - your openness leaves you vulnerable
  • Difficulty with boundaries - saying no feels like closing a door on possibility
  • Overwhelmed by others' expectations - you want to be everything for everyone
  • "Too soft" for this world - you wonder if you need to harden to survive
  • Struggles to ground visions -  hard to bring them into form
  • Avoids endings - you want everything to stay full of potential forever

THE GODDESS BRIGID

Brigid is the Celtic Goddess of the sacred flame - keeper of poetry and healing. She stands at the threshold of spring, at Imbolc, when the first green shoots push through frozen ground. She is the triple goddess of creativity, transformation, and restoration.

She teaches us that new beginnings are sacred. That hope is revolutionary. That the creative spark within you, the thing that wants to be born, made, expressed... is holy. She reminds us that threshold moments require courage, and that staying open in a cynical world is its own form of bravery.

THE MOTHER - DANU

You've Been Holding Everything Together.

For everyone. For so long. You're the one people come to when they're falling apart. You sense what's needed before it's spoken. You create sanctuary. You know how to nurture, how to hold space, how to make people feel safe enough to grow.

Your capacity to care is extraordinary. You're generous, grounded, deeply attuned to others' needs. You guide without controlling. You offer without demanding. This is genuine power - the kind that creates conditions for life to flourish.

But you may also know the weight of it. The invisible labour you carry. The way you can feel taken for granted, or how your own needs somehow always come last. The exhaustion that creeps in when you've been giving from an empty well.

Here's what you're learning: Your nurturance is sacred - and so are you. You don't have to earn love through service. You're allowed to receive as generously as you give.

The question becomes: What if your care could flow with more ease? What opens when you let yourself be held too?

LIGHT QUALITIES

The gifts this archetype brings when embodied:

  • Deeply nurturing - you know how to tend, how to nourish, how to create safety
  • Generous - you give freely, abundantly, from genuine care
  • Creates sanctuary - spaces feel sacred when you're tending them
  • Grounded - you're the steady presence others anchor to
  • Emotionally attuned - you feel what others need, often before they do
  • Natural guide and mentor - people grow in your presence
  • Patient and steady - you hold the long view with compassion
  • Unconditional love - you see people's essence beneath their struggles

SHADOW QUALITIES

The challenges when this energy is unbalanced:

  • Over-gives to depletion - your well runs dry but you keep pouring
  • Difficulty receiving - you don't know how to let others care for you
  • Invisible emotional labour - so much of what you do goes unseen, unacknowledged
  • Resentment when needs go unmet - the bitterness that builds when you're always last
  • Loses self in service - who are you when you're not caring for others?
  • Martyrdom - suffering becomes your identity, your worth
  • Boundaries feel selfish - saying no feels like abandoning people

THE GODDESS DANU

Danu is the ancient mother of the Tuatha Dé Danann - the people of the goddess. Her name means "the flowing one." She is the source, the river, the deep well from which all life springs.

She is less a story than a presence. She is the earth itself. The waters of life. The abundance that asks nothing in return. She teaches us to nourish from fullness, not depletion. To let ourselves be held by something larger. To remember that care is sacred - including the care we offer ourselves.

She reminds us that the greatest act of mothering is teaching others they are worthy of love simply for existing.

THE LOVER - ÁINE

You Know That Life Is Meant To Be Felt.

Deeply. Fully. Without apology. You're drawn to beauty, to pleasure, to aliveness. You bring warmth and radiance wherever you go. Connection isn't optional for you - it's essential. You want intimacy that's real, art that moves you, experiences that make you feel truly alive.

Your magnetism is natural. You know how to create beauty, celebrate joy, turn ordinary moments into something memorable. You're not afraid of desire -you follow it. Your sensuality, your creative spark, your full-hearted YES to life - this is power.

But you may also know the ache of longing for depth in a world obsessed with surfaces. The way you sometimes lose yourself in others' desires or abandon your own knowing to keep connection. The fear that maybe you're "too much": too intense, too hungry for love, too alive.

Here's what you're learning: Your aliveness isn't selfish. Your desire is wisdom. Pleasure is sacred, and devotion - to beauty, to art, to love - is a revolutionary act.

The question becomes: How do you honour your longing for soul-deep connection without abandoning yourself? How does your radiance become a daily practice rather than something you wait for permission to express?

LIGHT QUALITIES

The gifts this archetype brings when embodied:

  • Radiant - you light up rooms, hearts, moments
  • Magnetic - people are drawn to your aliveness
  • Celebrates beauty and pleasure - you know joy is medicine and medicine to share
  • Sensual - you're alive in your body.
  • Creative - beauty flows through you naturally
  • Warm and expressive - you don't hide what you feel
  • Desires deep connection - surface relationships don't satisfy you
  • Joy-filled - you know how to celebrate life
  • Alive - fully present, fully engaged, fully here

SHADOW QUALITIES

The challenges when this energy is unbalanced:

  • Loses self in relationships - you become what others want you to be
  • Abandons own needs - connection at any cost, even when it costs you
  • Fear of being "too much" - you dim your light to make others comfortable
  • Desire over discernment - you follow attraction without wisdom
  • Hungers for validation - your worth becomes tied to being wanted
  • Diffused creative energy - so much beauty, struggle to focus it
  • Struggles alone - you don't know who you are without connection

THE GODDESS ÁINE

Áine is the Irish goddess of summer, sovereignty, and love. She is radiant force - the midsummer sun, the fertile fields, the sovereign power of a woman who knows her own desire.

She is fiercely protective of bodily autonomy. She teaches that pleasure is not frivolous; it's power. That sensuality is not shameful; it's sacred. That aliveness, joy, and beauty are forms of resistance in a world that wants us numb.

She reminds us that devotion to what makes us feel alive is not indulgence, it's survival. It's how we remember we're allowed to take up space, to want, to feel, to celebrate this one precious life.

THE HUNTRESS - MACHA

You Know Your Power.

You've always known it. The way you come alive in challenge. The clarity that rises when everyone else is lost. You don't wait for permission - you claim your path. You trust yourself. You protect what matters. And yes, you'd rather do it yourself than wait for someone else to catch up.

You thrive in leadership, in movement, in the wilderness of your own becoming. You're independent, clear-seeing, fiercely capable. You have boundaries. You know what you want. When there's work to be done, you're the one who does it.

But you may also know the loneliness of this. The way your strength can intimidate others. How you've been called "too much" or "too intense" or "too independent." The exhaustion of always being the strong one, the capable one, the one who doesn't need help.

Here's what you're learning: Your fierce clarity is medicine. Your boundaries are sacred. And your wildness doesn't have to mean going it alone.

The question becomes: What if your power could coexist with softness? What if being held didn't mean being controlled? What becomes possible when you befriend both your ferocity and your tender heart?

LIGHT QUALITIES

The gifts this archetype brings when embodied:

  • Fierce - you don't back down from what matters
  • Focused - you see the target and you move toward it
  • Clear boundaries - you know what's yours and what's not
  • Independent - you trust yourself completely
  • Thrives in challenge - difficulty doesn't deter you, it focuses you
  • Protects what matters - you're a guardian of what you love
  • Trusts herself - your inner compass is strong
  • Wild freedom - you won't be tamed, caged, or controlled

SHADOW QUALITIES

The challenges when this energy is unbalanced:

  • Difficulty receiving help - asking feels like weakness
  • Isolated - your strength keeps others at a distance
  • Exhausted from being strong - you're tired of carrying everything alone
  • Pushes through instead of resting - stopping feels like failure
  • Rejects softness as weakness - vulnerability is dangerous
  • Intimidates others - your power makes people uncomfortable
  • Struggles with vulnerability - letting anyone in feels like losing control

THE GODDESS MACHA

Macha is one of the fierce faces of the Morrigan - Celtic goddess of sovereignty, war, and land. Her most famous story is of being forced to race against horses while nine months pregnant. She wins the race, but curses the men who demanded it, teaching them the cost of ignoring a woman's boundaries and bodily autonomy.

She is wildness embodied. The huntress who runs alone. The sovereign who bows to no one. But her story also reveals the shadow - always running, always proving, never resting. Always strong because to be soft is to be vulnerable to harm.

She reminds us that wildness is power. That boundaries are sacred. And that we don't have to run alone - unless we choose to.

THE QUEEN - RHIANNON

You've Carried The Weight Of Leadership.

Others look to you. You create order from chaos. You hold the vision when everyone else is drowning in details. Your presence commands respect - not because you demand it, but because you embody it. You lead with grace, with dignity, with quiet authority that can't be faked.

You are magnetic in your sovereignty. You know how to steward, how to create spaces where others thrive, how to hold both vision and compassion. You've built something, whether it's a business, a family, a community, a life - and you've done it with integrity.

But you may also know the weight of it. The loneliness at the top. The exhaustion of holding so much. The quiet resentment when you're respected but not truly seen. The way you wonder if you matter beyond what you can do for everyone else.

Here's what you're learning: Your sovereignty isn't a performance. Your leadership is transformational. And your throne is within; not a burden to carry, but a devotion to embody.

The question becomes: What if your reign didn't have to feel heavy? What if you could lead from overflow instead of depletion? What opens when you delegate, trust, and let your authority be an act of love rather than duty alone?

LIGHT QUALITIES

The gifts this archetype brings when embodied:

  • Natural leader - people follow because you inspire, not because you demand
  • Visionary - you see the bigger picture, the long game, what's possible
  • Creates structure - you know how to build containers where things can flourish
  • Holds space for others - you create the conditions for people to thrive
  • Dignified - you move through the world with grace, even in difficulty
  • Integrates wisdom with action - you don't just know, you do
  • Knows sovereignty - your throne is within, unshakeable

SHADOW QUALITIES

The challenges when this energy is unbalanced:

  • Difficulty delegating - if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself
  • Worth tied to productivity - you matter because of what you accomplish
  • Unseen beyond what you do - respected for your role, not loved for all that you are
  • Rules from obligation not devotion - duty has replaced desire
  • Resentment - you're tired of carrying the weight alone
  • Isolated by strength - your capability keeps people from offering help

THE GODDESS RHIANNON

Rhiannon is the Welsh queen of the Otherworld. Falsely accused of killing her son, she accepts a brutal punishment with dignity. For years she carries visitors on her back like a horse. When her son returns and her name is cleared, her sovereignty is restored.

She teaches that queenship is not about the crown others place on your head - it's about the throne within. That dignity cannot be taken, only given away. That sovereignty is an inside job.

She reminds us that true leadership doesn't come from striving or proving. It comes from knowing, deeply, that you are whole. That you rule yourself first. That your authority is not granted by external validation, it's claimed from within.

THE SAGE - The CAILLEACH

You See What Others Miss.

The patterns. The connections. The truth hiding beneath surface reality. You've always been drawn to the deep end, to questions without easy answers, to wisdom that takes a lifetime to earn. You're the one people come to when they're ready to go deeper.

You're a natural guide, a wisdom-keeper. You notice what others overlook: the subtle shifts, the energetic undercurrents, the soul of things. Your insight is medicine. Your discernment is power. Your patience with complexity is exactly what this world needs.

But you may also know the loneliness of seeing so much in a world that rewards the shallow and the loud. The way your gifts can feel invisible, undervalued, too "slow" for a culture addicted to speed. The ache of having so much to offer and wondering if anyone's truly listening.

Here's what you're learning: Your depth isn't a luxury - it's a necessity. Your knowing matters. And your wisdom doesn't need to shout to shape the world.

The question becomes: How do you trust your depth even when it's not immediately recognized? How do you share your wisdom in ways that land, without diminishing it? What becomes possible when you let your knowing flow gently into form?

LIGHT QUALITIES

The gifts this archetype brings when embodied:

  • Sees patterns and deeper truth - you connect what others can't
  • Wise - you've earned your knowing through living
  • Discerning - you can sense what's real beneath the performance
  • Patient with complexity - you don't need quick answers
  • Holds the long view - you understand that some things can't be rushed
  • Natural teacher and guide - you help others see what they couldn't see alone
  • Grounded in earth wisdom - you know the rhythms of nature, of cycles, of time
  • Comfortable with cycles and endings - you understand that death feeds life

SHADOW QUALITIES

The challenges when this energy is unbalanced:

  • Feels invisible or undervalued - your depth goes unseen in a shallow culture
  • Frustration with surface culture - everything feels too fast, too loud, too empty
  • "Too slow" or "too deep" - your pace doesn't match the world's speed
  • Lonely - no one else seems to notice what you notice
  • Withholds wisdom when hurt - if they don't value it, why offer it?
  • Struggles to translate knowing into action - the gap between insight and form
  • Questions if anyone listens - maybe your wisdom doesn't matter after all

THE GODDESS, THE CAILLEACH

The Cailleach is the ancient hag goddess of Celtic lands. She is the stone woman, the shaper of mountains, the keeper of winter. Her staff brings frost and snow. She controls the seasons, holding the balance between death and rebirth.

She transforms into a maiden each spring and ages through the year; the eternal cycle embodied. She is not afraid of endings because she knows they're always followed by beginnings. She trusts the long view. The deep time. The wisdom that comes only through patience.

She teaches that elderhood is power. That depth is a gift. That some wisdom can only be earned through time, through living, through paying attention to what most people miss.

She reminds us that patience is its own form of magic. That seeing deeply is medicine. That winter holds wisdom spring will never understand.

THE MYSTIC - CERIDWEN

You Live Between Worlds.

You always have. You feel the currents others don't see. You catch the signs, the synchronicities, the whispers from the unseen. You're deeply attuned to spirit, to energy, to subtle realms most people rush past.

You're sensitive in the truest sense. Intuitive. Spiritually receptive. You pick up on the unspoken: the energy in a room, the truth beneath words, the pulse of something larger moving through everything. When you trust your inner knowing, magic happens.

But you may also know the challenge of living this way. How hard it can be to translate your vast inner landscape into a world that values what's concrete and visible. The way you can feel ungrounded, untethered. The loneliness of holding visions others can't yet see. The fear that your gifts are "too much" or "too woo" for practical life.

Here's what you're learning: Your sensitivity is your superpower. Your receptivity to spirit is sacred medicine. Your capacity to hold mystery is exactly what this world needs.

The question becomes: How do you ground your gifts? How do you translate your visions into language others can receive? What becomes possible when you trust that you can live between worlds AND still thrive in this one?

LIGHT QUALITIES

The gifts this archetype brings when embodied:

  • Deeply intuitive - you know things without knowing how you know
  • Spiritually attuned - you feel the unseen, the sacred, the subtle
  • Lives between seen and unseen - you're a bridge between worlds
  • Comfortable with mystery - you don't need everything explained
  • Transformational - your presence catalyses change in others
  • Alchemical - you turn pain into wisdom, darkness into medicine
  • Trusts the unseen path - you follow what can't be mapped
  • Channels wisdom from the depths - you're a vessel for something larger

SHADOW QUALITIES

The challenges when this energy is unbalanced:

  • Feels ungrounded or untethered - you're so "up there" you forget your body
  • Struggles to translate visions into form - the gap between inner and outer
  • "Too mystical" for practical life - your gifts don't fit the everyday world
  • Lonely from living between worlds - no one else speaks this language
  • Difficulty with the mundane - bills, schedules, ordinary life tasks feel impossible
  • Overwhelmed by sensitivity - you absorb too much, feel too much
  • Questions sanity of knowing - maybe you're making it all up

THE GODDESS CERIDWEN

Ceridwen is the Welsh keeper of the cauldron of Awen, offering divine inspiration and transformation. She brews a potion for a year and a day. Three drops give the boy Gwion all knowledge. He flees. She chases him through many forms: greyhound and otter, hawk and hen. Finally she swallows him as a grain of wheat.

Nine months later she births him as Taliesin, the greatest bard ever known.

She teaches that transformation is death and rebirth. That you can't skip the cauldron. That the mystery cannot be rushed. That sometimes you must be consumed completely to be reborn as who you're meant to become.

She reminds us that alchemy happens in the dark. That the wisest magic takes time.

Well hello! Lovely to meet you, I'm Natalie, Creatrix of Rewild & Rise.

"Wait, who's this woman seeing straight into my soul?!"

Mother, mystic, guide. Sacred Embodiment Guide, Wisdom Keeper, creator of retreats and immersions.

Truth is: I've always known the divine. Even through the dark parts. There's been this thread of magic running through everything - a connection to something larger, to the earth beneath my feet, to the moon's pull on the tides within me.

For years, I worked with women who'd experienced profound trauma. I was trained in depth psychology, somatic practices, trauma-informed approaches. But the conventional frameworks felt too small for the work that wanted to come through.

So I broke free. I started following the goddesses, the turning of the seasons, the lunar rhythms my body already knew. I healed my own sister wound, my own mother wound. The parts afraid of being fully seen by other women.

That healing led me here.

What lights me up? Helping women remember who they are beneath the conditioning. Watching them reclaim the parts they were told were "too much" or "too wild."

I believe transformation happens where ancient wisdom meets embodied practice. Where Celtic goddess stories meet depth psychology. Where earth and moon rhythms guide us back to our own cyclical nature.

Let's turn down the noise of the world and come home to yourself.
